I have been a Dunkin customer for a little over 3 years going around 1-5 times a week. About a year ago I started going to the valley mills location. I have had NOTHING but terrible experiences. From customer service to product the quality is low. I’ve been given watered down coffee on a regular basis, tea instead of cold brew in my cold brew w/ cold foam, coffee grounds in my iced coffee(as pictured) and the customer service is poor! If you complain you will be met with denial rather than the solution to your problem. You can truly over look learning mistakes but customer service should be priority and an happy customer should be standard and I truly do not feel Dunkin meets that standard.

Took my teen & his girlfriend out for an ice cream date + the little sister. I wish I could remember the names of those working, but they were both sweet & funny! My caramel iced macchiato was AMAZING!

Y'all used to have hummus toast and I requested that and the cashier said rudely, "wedonthavethat" with disgust in her voice. So I apologized and ordered avocado toast instead. It had maybe a teaspoon of avocado on it spread really thin like butter. Will go somewhere else for breakfast next time. Rude staff and the food isn't worth the expense.

Every time I go there, they’re always out of my drink ingredient so they can’t make it. But today pissed me off the most. Whoever was working this morning pretty much refused to do anything because they were the only one working so they chose to close the kitchen and told me straight up because they’re the only one working the kitchen is closed. I’m not sure what management is doing but they clearly want this location closed because at this point it’s just pure negligence.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would... long time dunkin customer and would go to this location everyday. I ordered the same coffee everyday and it always tasted extremely different, food was never cooked right or given the right item. But despite all that the worst part of this place is the customer service... the lady that typically runs the drive through is extremely slow, knowing people have to be at work in the morning, she is also extremely rude. She told me I didn't order anything online when I had the whole receipt of it infront of me and she argued with me about it and rolled her eyes at me. Drive through is the only thing every open, as the front door is usually locked, and usually takes 20 mins to get through even if there are 2 people in the line. No one, including the lady at the drive through, moves even remotely fast. This place needs new management or to be shut down. Very very unimpressed and will not be returning

Get here at 9:25 AMish for a DoorDash pickup. Lobby is locked, no sign. Nobody inside! After a few minutes someone finally comes out of the back, and then a second person. Of course my order hasn’t been started.What goes on here? Nothing is ever ready. The coolers are almost never stocked. No ice cream cakes at all - that cooler sets empty. Hardly any drinks. Last week they didn’t have eggs!!! Today no Celsius, if you don’t sell it at all, why can people order it on DoorDash?Worst associate attitudes ever - on more than one occasion. Yall need to pay them more or do better with management. The whole team shouldn’t operate like this.
