I had the sourdough breakfast sandwich this morning. First of all my bread really wasn’t toasted. It was only heated up and then I happened to look at the bacon. I had to take all the bacon off because it was only 50% cooked and that’s not safe. I will never go back to Dunkin for any reason.

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered through door dash (the restraunt is .3 miles away from my work). I ordered three large frappe, blueberry donut, loaded hashbrowns m. The blueberry donut was so cold, like they took it out of the fridge. The hashbrowns barely covered the bottom of the container so it wasnt even a serving(they were delicious though). I only received ONE of the three coffes I ordered, I called the store and asked if theyd would deliver, the GM who I was speaking to absolutely refused to deliver my coffee (im working the covid unit, the reason I had it doordashed, and plenty of other restraunts have delivered forgotten items). Out of the one frappe I received idk if they put the wrong milk(I ordered cream) in there or if it just spoiled, but I will absolutely never go here again. At least Starbucks tastes the same everytime I order and their customer service is unbeatable compared to Dunkin.

I usually use their mobile app to order ahead or earn points. Current favorite is their green tea refresher with half the concentrate, tropical guava.

I've been disappointed every single time I've been in here. They used to carry pork-free breakfast sandwiches but they stopped doing that. They are always out of eggs or something. Dysfunctional management.

Visited this location on 7/13 and ordered 2 iced drinks and a 10 count of assorted munchkins via mobile app. I've never had issues with it before. Today when I visited they were sold out of munchkins and when I asked to be refunded I was told I couldn't be because there was no manager on sight and I would have to return the following morning. I am not from the area and am not going out of my way to fix an issue on their end. Both iced drinks were made awfully wrong. Ordered a chai latte and energy refresher, not even made remotely correctly. The entire establishment smelt of marijuana and both young male workers were obviously under the influence of a substance. I have contacted customer service to remove this issue. What a sad location.

Kids like the ice cream but this is the 2nd time in as many weeks that we've gone there and stood waiting an uncomfortable amount of time for help while they walked away, plain ignoring us. Whatever the reason, its just ice-cream. We can get that with much better atmosphere elsewhere and will.
We get takeout here every other Saturday, and it's a hit far more often than a miss. The few times something has been missing or wrong, they correct it right away. They're not always the friendliest, but I'm sure many of their customers aren't, either. But they get the job done, and I always get a thank you, have a nice day, even if it's not always the most enthusiastic. All told, I trust this place to get it right, and that hitting it at a busy time just means waiting a few more minutes.
