We get takeout here every other Saturday, and it's a hit far more often than a miss. The few times something has been missing or wrong, they correct it right away. They're not always the friendliest, but I'm sure many of their customers aren't, either. But they get the job done, and I always get a thank you, have a nice day, even if it's not always the most enthusiastic. All told, I trust this place to get it right, and that hitting it at a busy time just means waiting a few more minutes.

The lady at the window was very nasty and was defensive when I told her my drink was made wrong, she argued it was made correct however it was not to my standards so I asked for a refund, she declined and said I had to get a refund through the app. 2/23/25 4:30pm

Great service. Not great inventory. Went at 930am for a glazed. Already sold out. Then I asked for a blueberry glaze. Out of that as well. Come on Dunkin. You're better than that, aren't you?

I was picking up a DoorDash order and I went through the drive-thru. Afer waiting 10 minutes, the person comes to the windows and tells me there's no more choco chip ice cream. So I notified the customer and then I had to knock on the window to get their attenrion. The manager comes 5 minutes later to tell me that all delivery drivers has to come inside. There's no sign posted on the front for this. I waited another 5 minutes and the employee comes back and says oh come inside. So I go inside and saw they didn't even make the order yet. So I had to unassign the order to prevent getting a violation for not delivering the order on time. This is bad business and a poor treatment on delivery drivers. I can only imagine how they treat their customers.

Wrost customer service ever, this is my second time in this location and both times had been awful. The workers here look at you like you are ruined their day. You dont get a hello or a thank you or a simple you order will be ready shortly nothing other than giving you your total. The drinks are blandand you can tell food items are frozen. I rather support a small family business before coming here again.

I have been a Dunkin customer for a little over 3 years going around 1-5 times a week. About a year ago I started going to the valley mills location. I have had NOTHING but terrible experiences. From customer service to product the quality is low. I’ve been given watered down coffee on a regular basis, tea instead of cold brew in my cold brew w/ cold foam, coffee grounds in my iced coffee(as pictured) and the customer service is poor! If you complain you will be met with denial rather than the solution to your problem. You can truly over look learning mistakes but customer service should be priority and an happy customer should be standard and I truly do not feel Dunkin meets that standard.

Took my teen & his girlfriend out for an ice cream date + the little sister. I wish I could remember the names of those working, but they were both sweet & funny! My caramel iced macchiato was AMAZING!
