“Ever since I tried this barbacoa taco 6+ years ago, I’ve been searching for it’s equal… Long story short, I’ve been making the trip back to Waco every time I visit Texas.
Bonus points because the staff are the nicest people!!“

“This place is delicious!! I got the Brisket Bowl and it was absolutely amazing! Brisket, sausage, beans, Fritos, and cheese…a perfect combination. The homemade ranch and banana pudding were to die for!! The stuff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean. The close when the food runs out so better go for lunch or an early dinner, it’s worth it.“

“I buy a half dozen and the girl at the window charge me $20.50 but my brother told me the price in the advertisement says $15. And it was 8:30am and they out of some flavor donuts. :( i love the flavor and texture of the donuts just the customer service isn't good. .“

“Had the good fortune to have breakfast at Waco Waffle Company and meet the owner, Seth Dumont. Not only was the food fantastic, but the conversation and atmosphere made it even better. The restaurant is beautiful and tucked away from the city hustle — peaceful, welcoming, and full of charm. If you’re in the Waco area or passing through Central Texas, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommend!“
