We pull to the window same cook comes back in and wipes his whole mouth and face with the palm of his hand. Nope! A whole lotta nope. I was really looking forward to those shrimp rolls too ?

This place is awesome! I've been going here for like 4 years. Ownership is super kind, they always remember me when I come in! The authentic menu is the thing to come here for, especially if you are a mandarin speaker and are familiar with what you like and have struggled to find good authentic options in Waco (like me)! If you're new to traditional Chinese food, the #3 (三杯雞), a slightly floral and sweet, savory chicken dish you can get on or off the bone, and the #5 (回鍋肉), a garlicky, savory, slightly spicy pork belly, are both fairly accessible. If you like spicier (nothing here is really mind-numbing hot) or you like the numbing flavor of Sichuan peppercorns like I do, the #44 and 45 (水煮牛/水煮鱼) are both Sichuanese classics

Edible, but that's about it...Flat Drink...9$+ Pepper Steak had 5 pieces of meat, meager at best. Rice was Dry, Stale and CLEARLY OLD.

I like that I can drive thru and get my order. You don't have many drive thru chinese food options. So this makes it easy and it's good.
Since Covid there food quality has went down ordered sweet and sour chicken and they made it with all dark meat instead of white meat like it's traditional Made 100% of the time at other locations who are not cutting corners

Your chow mei tastes really good but your sesame chicken looks like mice or some kind of animal some of the meat was raw is the only reason I noticed I wish I can share the video I recorded just disgusted
