This place is awesome! I've been going here for like 4 years. Ownership is super kind, they always remember me when I come in! The authentic menu is the thing to come here for, especially if you are a mandarin speaker and are familiar with what you like and have struggled to find good authentic options in Waco (like me)! A slight step up from Panda Express! I will say there hibachi rice was really good and cheap! If you're looking for authentic asian cuisine this isn't your restaurant. If you're looking for fast food Chinese, I'd recommend it! Of course if you're looking at the name 'Fortune Cookie EXPRESS', hopefully your bar isn't set too high. Good place for quenching a quick asian craving.

This is a great place if you are looking for your typical American Fast food Chinese fare. They DO make your food on demand and it IS made on site but when Sweet n Sour Sauce is made with Ketchup you know you are eating "mall food". Their menu is VERY limited and more expensive than i am willing to pay for the quality they put out. They dont even have egg foo young At the moment they only have take out n delivery, no dine in.
