Took the grandkids to Freddy's. The service was great! The food was great. The kitchen did miss an order but was quick to get it out. No desserts this trip

One of the employees saw on my church's Facebook that we were going to host a daddy daughter date their Friday night, the employees of Freddy 's took it upon themselves to reserve a large table, complete with beautiful roses and a nice table cloth for us. They had no way of knowing actually how large the group would be but seemed well prepared for us! The customer service here is fantastic. I work in a industry where 75% of my job is customer service and let me tell you this was above and beyond what was expected! We really appreciate you guys and will continue to host the annual daddy daughter date at your restaurant!

Great staff. I mentioned that we would order frozen custard after our meal, and our order taker brought us 2 custards that a drive through customer left behind. Very considerate!
