Roberto’s Taco Shop in Waco, TX is highly recommended. This place is from California, but they are also located in Las Vegas. The food is always fire and never fails. All the food is good, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, carne asada nachos, surf & turf fries, and a chimichanga. The carne asada fries were delicious, and the seasoning was perfect. The salsas were so flavorful. It is one of the best places for great value food. This isn't Taco Bell; sometimes there is a wait, but it is well worth it. The location makes them a little hard to find, but it is well worth looking. Service is fast and friendly, with large portions to satisfy hunger. Don't forget the horchata to wash it down. The only difference from the Las Vegas location is it is not 24 hours.
