The workers were young and playing around in the kitchen. Not what you want to see when getting food.
I come here for lunch during the work week and the service is always fast, the staff is friendly and my order is always correct. I typically place a mobile order and pick it up in the drive thru. I appreciate this Taco Bell because a lot of fast food service has gone downhill in the past few years lol.
We had the BEST customer service here tonight!! TJ was at the Drive-Thru and he went above and beyond from the second we pulled up! He kindly told us to take our time with our order, instead of rushing us along like most places these days. He was patient, super friendly, made us laugh, and his customer service was far above any we have received in the Waco area in a long time!
