I ordered a grilled chicken club without cheese & without tomato through the app so order is written. But when the oder was picked up the food was cold & not correct. It had cheese on it & I can't have cheese. The employee lied & assured my husband it had no tomato & no cheese.But it had cheese. No one answers phone when you try to call to straighten this out.
I visited here to try their ice cream; it was absolutely delicious and a huge portion, although of course not a healthy choice. A little of what you fancy, does you good š

I just called to speak about an application I submitted and got a very rude person from their store. They were not helpful in anyway and sounded as if they wanted to end the call asap. Iām disappointed for this to be a ācustomer serviceā establishment
Always love Freddy's. Their custard is super creamy.
I honestly like Freddy's but the prices have gotten out of hand for a small hamburger patty. Just not enough value for the price! There are plenty of other fast food hamburger places that are better and less expensive.

Great service and the food is always warm and delicious. Except for the ice cream, it's cold.
I love Freddyās and its food. Just DO NOT go through the drive thru. It is as slow as molasses. Either dine in. Or go inside and order to go.
I paid for two mini concretes and a medium size fry and instead of concretes was given a brownie sundae and a regular milkshake and Iām pretty sure that the girl working the window knew it was the wrong order because was very quick to give us the order but didnāt give us the receipt šš

Food was amazing, my family and I came here after a lovely day at church, and I think itāll become our new go-to spot! Highly satisfied with the customer service as well. Aubrey was so sweet, and made sure we had everything we needed. Hope to see her again on our next visit!!
