It's already expensive food. I dont appreciate my burgers being squished. My children don't appreciate squished burgers either.

This was my first time visiting this branch, and I regret going there. I ordered my meal and specifically asked them not to include pork, and the employee assured me they wouldn't. I was shocked when I opened my meal and found slices of pork in it. I have a severe allergy to pork, which is why I requested that it be omitted. I do not recommend visiting this branch; it's very poorly managed.

I've given up on society. It's impossible to get even half decent service from an evening staff at any fast food restaurant here and Hewitt, or pretty much anywhere. This includes this establishment. No one cares about their job anymore. No one cares if the food is made properly, no one cares how long it takes.

I had the smokey bacon cheddar stack, cheese curds, and turtle custard. It felt wrong eating it but good at the same time, like gambling away my savings but giving the winnings to charity. It was all that dang good. Gained 10 lbs instantly. I'm new to the area and couldn't resist.

Super fast drive-thru service! My tots were perfectly hot and fresh. The custard was delicious but a little too soupy for my taste. Still a great treat overall.

While the food and service are good the restaurant itself is dirty. Floors are sticky and theres food that hasn't been swept up and tables haven’t been wiped down.

Freddy’s is a great spot for a classic American meal. The steakburgers are thin, crispy, and full of flavor, and the fries are super thin and perfectly seasoned. The frozen custard is rich and creamy—definitely the highlight of the meal. The place is usually clean and service is friendly. Only downside is that it can get a little busy during peak times, but it’s worth the wait!
