Super fast drive-thru service! My tots were perfectly hot and fresh. The custard was delicious but a little too soupy for my taste. Still a great treat overall.

While the food and service are good the restaurant itself is dirty. Floors are sticky and theres food that hasn't been swept up and tables haven’t been wiped down.

Freddy’s is a great spot for a classic American meal. The steakburgers are thin, crispy, and full of flavor, and the fries are super thin and perfectly seasoned. The frozen custard is rich and creamy—definitely the highlight of the meal. The place is usually clean and service is friendly. Only downside is that it can get a little busy during peak times, but it’s worth the wait!

Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger, Onion Rings, Burger, Freddy's Fries, Double Steak Burger and Fries with Cheese, Chicken Fingers

Usually things are great but this is now the second time we ordered cheese fries and got not even a teaspoon of cheese sauce on them...the first time I took them back because there was maybe 1/4 teaspoon on them...this time I ordered an extra side of cheese...glad I did...at least my son could have cheese fries...if you are charging extra for it...do better!

Was disappointed to see that my regular order of cheese curds was not even to the halfway point in the container. They were cold and greasy. It is sad to not get my moneys worth, even if it was only $5.

Their concretes are never solid and this last time they didn’t clean their ice cream blender. I ordered a vanilla concrete with Oreo and caramel and when I returned the man who made it was visibly upset even when I showed him that there were other flavors in the ice cream aside from Oreo and caramel. The remade one wasn’t any better. The Freddie’s in Waco has none of these problems
