I am not one to leave reviews for fast food or ever really complain about fast food service BUT….
Potato, egg, and cheese taco…..
I came back because they forgot to add cheese and THIS is what they handed me in my bag. When I pulled back around for the THIRD time, I asked to speak to a manager because…??? Are you serious??? Like does my worst enemy work here?? Turns out - it was the MANAGER who told the girl to hand that back to me. This type of carelessness is just unacceptable and could potentially end up sending a customer to the hospital. I was literally in disbelief.
Also no one ever goes to fuego and gets their order 100% correct.
Most of the time when I ask for EASY EGG, I get a taco full of egg. It’s fast food - not rocket science 😭
Yall need to vet & train your staff way better.

Recent remodel - I like the new setup. Better ambience. The food was even better at this visit. We had to wait a little for our 3 tacos, but it was fresh& delicious and well worth the 5-10 minute wait.

This is a far cry from what Fuego (College Station) is supposed to be…. We were served congealed queso and cold tacos. Everything was straight up nasty. Not only not good, NASTY. Oh also, the bathrooms…… the sights and smells were something I rarely experience living in the developed world. Disgusting, unusable, uncivil.

I love fuego and stop by everytime I pass through the waco area. I typically never write reviews but am frustrated and decided to share my frustration. I only stop by here a handful of times per year and the last 4 times Ive stopped by, there has been an issue with the drink/ice machines. More than half the flavors dont work, they should just stop selling Pina and melon all together cause they NEVER have any and the ice machine worked for me tonight but the past 3 time it has been out of ice completely. Very annoying/frustrating. Paid for fountain drink and ended up just getting water due to more than half of the drink options not working. NO EXAGGERATION! Fix yalls crap, its ridiculous.

I absolutely love this taco place. It’s the go to place after we go to the movies, because it’s usually one of the only places open late. I’ve been inside mostly, and through the drive through ordering through the app.

The only thing that drives me crazy is that when they package the food, they cram all they can into a small bag and it’s often very greasy by the time I get home. Also there’s no stickers or anything labeling which taco is which, so if you order 6 different tacos, you’ve got to dig through each one separately and crack them open. That’s my biggest gripe though, is not knowing which one is which without having to crack them open.

Food is always hot and fresh, and I’ll definitely come back more. It’s just a bummer having to go through the drive through.

Great service and friendly staff. They always have your food out super quick, even when it gets busy. Their food is super tasty (you should try the Fuego Steak, heavenly). It's also in a really convenient spot if you live on Campus. I have no complaints.

HOW DO THEY ALWAYS FORGET THE CHIPS WHEN ORDERING ON DOOR DASH?!? EVERY SINGLE TIME! DO THEY NOT HAVE PEOPLE CHECKING ORDERS BEFORE THEY ARE SENT OUT? SOMEHOW THEY INCLUDE THE CHEESE BUT FORGET THE CHIPS 😵‍💫 I CAN UNDERSTAND ONCE BUT COME ON. MULTIPLE TIMES?!?!
