The food is great, and the facility is clean! The only complaint I have for the manager and a warning for guests- the restroom door locks seriously need to be changed! The codes are the same for both men and women, and you can not manually lock the door. Anyone with the code can walk in and it's a large restroom for room for criminal activities. Please, this is a safety issue. Change the locks!

Im from dallas and i go to every golden chick i see, not sure why im not sponsored 🙄. But not gonna lie this was hands down the best place ive tried, i think they batter the chilli pack and mix together(something no other golden chick has done). And it was the best spicy sandwich ive had from golden chick.(visited april 13,2025) kudos to the whole group working there 💪 especially the young man in drive through being the representation there.

When in Texas, Golden Chick offers a great option for a delicious inexpensive comfort food meal. The chicken is crispy and not oily. The sides and bread roll are yummy companions to the delicious Chicken. The Staff was attentive and friendly here in Waco. Come and relax and enjoy this guilty pleasure Golden Chick!

I've been coming here for awhile now and every time the store is clean as a whistle!!! The customer service the employees give is beyond excellent. Food is always fresh and service is always given with a smile. You want some fresh hot food come here you will not be disappointed.
