Hotdog was poor quality and bun was stale. I think they are taking advantage of the Silos crowd and upselling bad and cheap hotdogs.

Go elsewhere for a hotdog. Overpriced for a dry bun and mediocre hotdog. Recommendation to the owner: steam or toast your buns.

Food was disappointing. If you're looking for a hot meal, this is not it. Like the other review said, the hotdog was barely warm. The bun was not toasted or anything at all. I forgot the name of what I ordered but it was the $9 dog with feta. I figured the highest priced item on the menu should be good, but it was not much better than a Costco hot dog. Now that I'm looking at the Google reviews and photos, it looks like they scaled their menu back. If you're hoping for something like DittyDog in Austin, you'll be disappointed.

do not get the sausage sandwich. the sausage is smaller than the hot dog bun the sausage was cold to barely warm and taste like a dollar general packeged sausage I would say the sausage dog was sitting off to the side for a little bit toppings cost extra no fresh raw onion Oct 28 2024 12:30 pm

We wanted the hopper but sounded like jalapeños sausage were all gone.. (middle of the day?) The one who took order said we could switch the jalapeños to smoked sausage. Not sure what went wrong but I ended up getting a plain hotdog with no topping and a bun broken in half. Dude, maybe at least ask if we want any topping? Taste not so good too.

Man what a hot dog!!! You have to try it "Heart of texas" Sausage with bacon with lots cheese and bbq sauce. Really good!!

Visiting Magnolia Silos and among the slew of food trucks I decided on this one. The Demo Day Dog with Dr. Pepper chili, cheese and crisp onions with Fritos. It's a texas size hot dog. When they hand you this creation it sure does have some weight to it. It's a good looking dog and was really good. Liked the crisp onions for that good crunchy texture I like.

Visited Mognolia Market compound in Waco, TX . THIS SHOULD BE ON EVERY BODIES BUCKET LIST.They have varieties of food trucks. But saukraut smell led me to the hot dog truck.The price for classic hot dog was very reasonable compared to all other food trucks.I loved the free sides to ? .
