Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

My wife and I had a great experience last night.We did not participate at the grill area.We sat down in it to our table for ourselves. Our waiter greeted us quickly and was very polite and attentive. We ordered a spicy crawfish roll as an appetizer.r.It was very good and had a little bit of a bite. We ended up ordering the bentoi box, and I had the beef and my wife had the shrimp.It was very good. I recommend this place. The meat was tender.I believe it was a great time
What I like was that we were able to have a quiet private moment together because that evening we did not feel like having all the show that usually they provide at the grill. If we had more people with us, then it was more of a group.I would have preferred than we just do the grill. People were having fun at the grill. The food was very good.I recommend the bento boxes.That's a meal in itself. I guess the only thing that I could say that wasn't the best was the fried rice.It seemed to be more like brown rice.there was a very small piece of egg other than that that could have been better.

Kaegan is a great worker. His skills both with customer service and bar tending work are impeccable. Everything I needed I got. I was asked if I needed something before I even thought to get it. All in all he did great and I left that night happy as can be

Had a 3:00pm, took over an hour for the chef to get to the table to cook the food. We were seated on time, but waited around forever for the food. We were compensated for this however, and they were extremely professional in their response. I do love this place, great way to celebrate any occasion!

Ichiban in Waco is always a pleasurable experience. The staff is always prompt and polite. The food is always fantastic. We usually sit at the bar area and Hayden takes care of us. He makes a mean Pinacolata.

Ichiban in Waco was a great experience. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service really stood out. Our Bartender Hayden was very respectful, attentive, and made our time there a great experience. He checked on us consistently without being overbearing and made us feel genuinely taken care of. We’ll definitely be back.

Came in last night for my mother’s birthday, great experience. Third was amazing and our server Jordan was nothing short of perfect. Will definitely be back again for those two.
