Every time I go to insomnia everything is so fresh!! Not only is everything fresh but the manager Shayla and her energy is everything!! Her and her staff make the experience so much better! It’s always crowded because of the BU students but they use the spot as a hang out so it’s a vibe for everyone!

Cookies are amazing! Everytime I visit this location i am greeted with a smiling face as well great customer service. If you are local it is a must you give them try. If you are a vistor you will not leave disappointed, go check them out.

I absolutely love Insomnia Cookies -Waco. Shayla and her crew are the best. My cookies were fresh and tastes great! I love their positivity and energy. Definitely will be returning again soon!
