Stopped by to try the Menudo. I have heard it is very good and to go early. I had large with fresh made corn tortillas. It was tasty and very hot. If I get to pass thru again I want to try other food options as well.

The worst gordita I've had in Waco. No flavor and full of grease. The rest of the food my family ordered had no flavor either. The only thing that tasted good was the tortillas. The service was bad as well my mother ordered a piece of steak and they gave her a pork chop, the green salsa was also rancid and the server never came to check on our table once we received our orders. Honestly I thought it would have been good because the restaurant is always full but I could not get past a few bites of my gordita. Zero out of five stars eat at your own risk.

Excellent pleasant place and good food the best place for Menudo in Waco there are only three places where the Menudo is exquisite La Hacienda Pablos and Waco Taco

Service: A single waitress for when the restaurant gets packed is not enough. We waited quite some time just to get our orders and she was to busy to check in on us.Food: No complaints here as the food was decent for the average $10 dish. The kitchen need to improve their wait times as it took a long time for our food was served. The food will come out as it's becomes ready instead of all together.Atmosphere: Typical family run restaurant with a tv playing norteño music. The waitress is to busy in peek hours to clean up after people.I wouldn't suggest coming here if you're in a hurry or in peek times.
