Every time I go the food and customer service is always great. It does not matter if I go through the drive-thru, walk in, or order online. My food is always fresh, hot and classically flavored. And when I am able to interact with cashiers/drive-thru staff l'm always greeted and the transaction always go smooth.

Food is good except for one time, when I ordered a #10 ( 2pc fish, 6 shrimp, 2 hush puppies and 2 sides ). My wife and I order the same thing and we go through the drive thru all most all the time. When we got home 48 miles later and got out our dinners, my wife's dinner had no shrimp. WOW, that's almost half the meal. We do check it before we leave now. lol
Service is great, the person at the drive thru is always personable and fun 😁.

It was great, but was not able to get any grill items due to the machine. That made sense as the building looks like it could use a make-over. However, the workers were great and engaging. The food was GREAT, everything was fried the right way and the coleslaw was peak.
