Spiciness Mexican Grill offers delicious carne guisada tacos, hailed as the best with pure savory beef. The restaurant is a local treasure serving authentic Mexican cuisine, with friendly staff ensuring a delightful dining experience. Customers praise the large, fresh burritos packed with a variety of ingredients, including ham, egg, bean, cheese, potato, pico, and fresh jalapeno, which are always warm and flavorful. The green sauce is highly recommended and considered one of the best around. Despite an old building and restroom accessibility issues, the food remains good with hints of potential. The staff is friendly and professional, making ordering easy and quick, often ready within minutes. Many customers enjoy breakfast tacos, migas, and carne guisada, describing the dishes as delicious and satisfying. The restaurant is also known for comfort food like pozole, which receives high praise. Overall, it is a favorite spot for hearty, authentic Mexican meals in Waco.
