Baylor student casually walking around and ran into this restaurant. I ended up talking to Bill Collin’s for hours about the history of Waco. Oh yes, I did get a chance to eat as well and the food was amazing!!
Very good food! Meats were delicious! Potato salad is unique and very good!

This was my first time but not my last time at Mama & Papa B's Bar-B-Q. They treat you like family with it's up beat atmosphere. There's a reason this place has been here for over 40 years. I'll be back very soon hope you'll be there too.
