My scheduled pick up time for my medium pepperoni pizza and 16 boneless wings was 2:03p.m it’s 2:38p.m and it’s still not ready. I placed my order at 1:48pm. I’ll update to let y’all know if my food was fresh or not 🙄

Bad customer service! My pizza arrived cold so we called back and they offered to refund I asked them instead to make the order again, they agreed. Then I recieved a phone call stating that they would like for me to return the old pizza when the driver delivered the newest order, I told them that was fine.
