Absolutely horrible. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come up and take our order. Once they guy came up he acted as if us being at the restaurant was ruining his day.

I stopped by on a road trip and ordered two combos. I didn’t get a receipt and I didn’t get my credit card back. The food was good but when I called to get my credit card, they said they would mail it and I still haven’t received it and it’s been over a month. I feel like they purposely kept my credit card. I talked to a person named Angel. I don’t know why they’ve never sent it back to me.
And I’m not even sure that they charged me correctly because for two small combos it was $30.

Just dined here, been to other schlotzkys and had great experiences there. I ordered the veggie sandwich with no ranch and no cheese, because I can’t have dairy. They bring it out and it has ranch, so they remake it. They bring it out again and this time it has cheese. It took 3 tries to where I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich, which I would understand if they were busy but they weren’t. Very disappointing.

Whoever is working the drive through & cooking for it on June 1 at 7:15ish should be fired at the least! Didn’t get half the ingredients on my food and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Phone line was busy.

I called ahead to make a to go order - girl said they were busy and would need to put me on hold until she …. Got caught up? After 10 minutes of being on hold - I hung up as I walked in to the store it was Empty! No one in the drive through! I mentioned it to the fellow that took my order - he acted like it just died down ! Maybe it was empty because of this wonderful customer service!

Very disappointed with the Cinnamon it was hard and dry, needed more icing. Sandwich was ok. Mac and cheese tasted like pasta boiled in Bellmead water.
