Whoever is working the drive through & cooking for it on June 1 at 7:15ish should be fired at the least! Didn’t get half the ingredients on my food and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Phone line was busy.

I called ahead to make a to go order - girl said they were busy and would need to put me on hold until she …. Got caught up? After 10 minutes of being on hold - I hung up as I walked in to the store it was Empty! No one in the drive through! I mentioned it to the fellow that took my order - he acted like it just died down ! Maybe it was empty because of this wonderful customer service!

Very disappointed with the Cinnamon it was hard and dry, needed more icing. Sandwich was ok. Mac and cheese tasted like pasta boiled in Bellmead water.

Ordered two kids meals, both pizza. Waited nearly 10 mins at the drive thru window after my payment was taken. Watched as the pizzas came through the oven and sat for at least 3 mins waiting to be boxed and handed to me. A kid working there with gloves on walks by and blew his nose then immediately picked up the pizza to be packaged. ? Then another minute or two went by as I was honking to get their attention to request my refund. I wasn’t about to feed my kids that contaminated crap! Horrible service and horrible hygiene habits displayed by the employee.

My husband and I came here to eat we ordered a Turkey Bacon club meal and a meaty pizza….the cashier forgot to mention their soda machine had no carbonation whatsoever and the sweet tea was completely empty we were able to finish our meal before new sweet tea came out The floors were very sticky as well and when I was about to eat my other half of my sandwich I noticed a hair on the toothpick thankfully when I went up to tell them they made me a new sandwich.

The manager Heidi was telling me the owners of are money hungry I’m sorry, but please don’t go tell anybody the owners are money hungry that’s not right I don’t know how you still working here the stores dusty the floors have not been swept the kitchen area is dirty, the mops sink have so much Nest to be honest I don’t know how you can be open and if Heidi wants to Say something , you can email me I’ll be happy to go see you at the store :: and tell you what she told me to her what face :: that’s came Fr your store manager
