I called ahead to make a to go order - girl said they were busy and would need to put me on hold until she …. Got caught up? After 10 minutes of being on hold - I hung up as I walked in to the store it was Empty! No one in the drive through! I mentioned it to the fellow that took my order - he acted like it just died down ! Maybe it was empty because of this wonderful customer service!

Kid-friendliness: They have a fun sandwich drawing competition that my 3 y.o. daughter enjoyed. Good kids meal options at reasonable prices.

Driving through Waco, we decided to have Schlotzsky's for dinner. We tried to dine in, but the lobby was closed. We called, & they advised that only the drive-thru was open. We talked to Wesley & explained that we were towing our RV & couldn't come through the drive-thru. We asked to order over the phone & walk up to the window to pay & get our food. We appreciated that Wesley was happy to accommodate us! We also appreciate the young man who answered...
