I’m a huge fan of schlotzky’s.. have been for years.. my favorite thing to eat is a smoked turkey and jalapeño pizza, it’s not on the menu anymore and it’s an ordeal to order it but always worth it 😊

We ordered a last minute catering order from this location today. Not only were they ready right on time, but the orders were all correct, organized by name, and the customer service was quick and friendly. The sandwiches were delicious and great portions. Our group was very happy. I would order again!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a fruit cup for my daughter. When we got home the fruit was all moldy. Gross

Could not get order correct. 4 tried. Wasn't that complicated. It was a salad for lord sake. Could not get register to work but another person could . Restaurant was dirty. When i asked for a to go container for rest of my food I was asked if i bought it there!

Ordered the giant deluxe original through doordash and this location capitalizes on the actual customer not being in store to give less than half of the meat expected...I dont recommend anyone go here when everything is already so expensive and you now dont even get what you've paid for
Drive-Thru took forever cuz the lady at the window kept texting on her damn phone even when the food was ready and sitting there.

Terrible customer service. There are many restaurants in the area, and I will never visit this location again. After waiting 25 minutes to receive my food after the order was placed, the sandwiches were brought to our table by a manager who had no customer service skills whatsoever.

Order med original and small Mac and cheese but did not receive Mac...very disappointing since I went in and didn't think I needed to check and phone did not work, which is weird because I saw an employee answer the phone while waiting...by the way, an I'm sorry is not going to work, going by this store tomorrow so warn management
