Sergio’s is only open Friday and Saturday nights. He has a good truck open during the week. Seafood is AMAZING and you can have it cooked to order. Knew them when it was Siete Mares and he catered for President Bush when he was in Central TX. New location and name, same great food and atmosphere. It’s BYOB. Get there early if you want a seat- it fills up fast.

If you are looking for the standard fare Mexican Restaurant, this is not it. It is better described as serving Central or South American seafood, and it is amazing! The chips and “salsa” were so good that I could have made a meal out of them. The salsa was different than any other I’ve tried and was served like I like it: warm. I had the Taco’s Bistek for an appetizer. It was a smoky tender bite of pure beef bliss, wrapped in a corn tortilla. As far as the main course...

Amazing as always!! You should walk in this establishment knowing you will leave full and happy. Sergio himself is one of the friendliest people and the food is extremely flavorful!! This coming from someone who is not the biggest fan of fish, tonight Sergio talked me into it and im glad he did. Lets not forget his chips and Salsa …also amazing.
