I had sliced beef brisket sandwich and coleslaw. Awesome. Nice friendly staff too.

After our tour today of Waco, we stopped by this food truck. Thinking earlier the smells for the meat smoking would be great lunch break. The ribs were over done, sauce was okay. Cole slaw was tasteless and the potatoes and the cheese was all the way around nasty. It came with some white bread, pickles and raw onions. The Cole slaw was warm the potatoes and cheese had been in a dish and not served fresh to order it had been sitting in a warmer for some time. For $12.00 dollars you got 3 small ribs and two had no bark on it. Husbands had pulled pork sandwich and the bun was cold not even warm or brushed with butter and grilled slightly. There was only one sauce choice. The lady at the front was not very pleasant nor did she speak other than to take our order. This food truck sucks to say the least!!! If your going to serve food be passionate. A big F in my book
I walked to one of the many food trucks near the Waco Hilton for lunch. Silver Creek Ranch is very inviting, with plenty of seating. We had the Chopped Pork and Chopped Brisket Sandwiches with Potato Salad. The meat was tender, with lightly sweet BBQ sauce. Their potato salad is similar to what you'd buy at HEB. It was all good, for 2 meals for around $20.

The ribs were okay, I suppose most of the time you are paying for the name. I had heard good things and decided to try it. The ribs were small, but the sauce was pretty good.

We had lunch there today. Pork sandwich and cricket sandwich for the hubs. He said the brisket was hood and I cN say the pork sandwich was excellent. It was a beautiful day to be eating outside. I highly recommend this food truck on steroids!!!!
