Thoughtful and considerate staff. They made the effort to not simply have coffee waiting, but to plug it to keep it hot and they added the hot wrap around the cup. Not all Starbucks do that, and it almost defeats the purpose of grab-and-go. It is especially wonderful when they steam the cinnamon powder right in the milk, instead of putting it on top, because it becomes infused and the flavor carries through.
