I had a FANTASTIC experience today at Starbucks. Everyone was so professional and kind that they brightened my day. The whole team Myra, Carly, Maddie, Colby, Jessi, Jasmine, and Breanna are AMAZING! God bless them!
Maddie at the drive-thru is so kind and attentive! There were SO MANY PEOPLE inside and in the drive-thru line this morning. Regardless, she sounded like a pro taking my order. Cool, calm, and collected. I didn’t feel rushed and she made me feel important instead of just another customer taking forever to order that the window. MADDIE ROCKS! thanks for putting a smile on my face. :)))

My wife and I stopped in for two Mocha frappes,
The 3 young ladies that were working that afternoon were more than happy to serve us with a great big Smile,,
they are a great asset to Starbucks,,
