Tonight was my first time at Subzero and Lydia made it extra special. I believe the second workers name was Lanessa (sorry if that is wrong), but she upgraded my boyfriend’s cone even though he was okay with a broken cone. Both stated they wouldn’t feel right serving the ice cream unless they made it right. Can’t say enough about how special they both made the night and even added a special treat for my first time. Thank you ladies! We will definitely be back to see you.
I was so excited to see an ice cream spot nearby that actually has allergy friendly AND yummy options!! The two girls working were super nice and we had a great time watching the process
