HORRIBLE! Starting off the service is unprofessional and the workers are very rude. Order a pepperoni meatball sub, it’s obviously toasted, my sub was no where near toasted properly, very soggy, the employee in charge of wrapping the subs was horrible as well. The whole team of employees were horrible. Don't go here.

Today, Friday, October 25, due to the poor handling of food while eating at the place, I was about to swallow a metal that came out mixed in said food from this place, apparently it is A metal clip about an inch long. I tried to ask the person who helped me for an explanation and she only replied that she did not know and could not do anything about what had happened Causes this to hurt me when chewing food

Rudest most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with at a Subway, went out of his way to show his distain for his job, acted extremely annoyed to have to do his job.No idea what his name is because he didn't wear a name tag. He was as rude as he could possibly be, bordering on threatening.
I wish some of the people could be a little bit nicer. Maybe nicer's not the word a little bit more of a of of people persons. If that makes sense, they just don't communicate with their customers very well.

Guy making my food was great and helpful. Problem is while it was being made a large roach crawled up the wall behind the oven and just sat there. Pointed it out to the manager working the register and she just said "hmm" entirely nonplussed and continued ringing people up. I cannot stress this enough, she physically saw a quarter width roach on the wall, remarked on it, and continued business as usual. I wish I was confrontational enough to have made a scene but unfortunately that's not me. I cannot fathom the levels of uncleanliness it takes for that to happen in broad daylight.
