My steak was cooked to my exact specifications and the sides were borderline hot (perfect), and their Roadhouse Sauce is very tasty.

The wait for our table was crazy long. We went on a Friday, bad idea. It was very loud, not a good place for conversations, even outside was loud because there was music blasting outside. It was very crowded, but it is a popular place to eat in Waco. The food was great though.
