🙃I was there with friends today 9/1 and wasn't expecting much. This was my first time at TOPGOLF. Our group was in the table area with the jenga games. A server came greeted us and took out drink orders. Then a little later she came to take our food orders. What impressed me was to took out order without using a paper pad or electronic pad. For a venue that’s supposed to be focused on fun and hospitality, I had a truly disappointing experience at Top Golf in Waco today. I went in with high expectations for my son’s 15th Birthday, but the management was shockingly unaccommodating. The issue arose when we requested to add an additional bay next to our already 3 Bay Party reservation especially since there were plenty of open bays with no wait. Hey you guys, you know how today is Mother’s Day, right?
