We were planning a one day visit to Waco to have breakfast and then visit the Waco Mammoth NM, but it turned out that the restaurant we were planning to visit requires booking few weeks in advance... so we changed our plan and visited first the Waco Mammoth NM and then had lunch.
The thing is that by the time (3 PM) we were ready for the lunch, it was too late for lunch or too early for dinner for most of the restaurants in Waco, therefore they were closed.

Went during Trivia night (Wednesday at 7pm) I didn't know they had trivia night. Pleasantly surprised. The host doing the trivia night is funny and super entertaining. Highly recommend it. Taco of the month was delicious btw (Salmon).

Inattentive/ insufficient staff, order was incorrect. Manager angrily closing patio at 8 o'clock when restaurant closes at 10 and there were no available tables inside. Thank God the food is always good.
