we placed our order; there were 4 of us, 2 different tickets. the second order came out after the first order was finished. People that came in after us, got their food quickly. Never again.

After sitting in the drive thru for 12 minutes and being ignored, I had the pleasure of witnessing the worst hand hygiene possible! Please teach your employees to clean their hands and change their gloves in between touching non-food items and surfaces. Also teach your front counter lady (short chubby white woman with bangs, glasses, and no hair net) to clean her hands between drinking her monster, taking orders on the register, taking payments, and touching the customers food! These were definitely cringe worthy observations! Also teach her to check the drive through window more often than every 12 minutes. This defeats the purpose of ordering online! Also turn the lights on outside and fix the doorbell if it isn’t working. The hand hygiene and customer service is piss poor at best!

I ran into one of the cooks coming from the bathroom & got to talk to him, he was so kind & helpful as it was our first time! We got to see him make our food in the back & was quick to deliver some AMAZING tacos. We will be back! Thank you Johnny!
