Not the most comprehensive review because I only had their menu items through events. The beef feels a bit lacking and dry, but it's definitely fresh, probably just a bit overcooked. Otherwise I liked everything else about Vitek's from what I was able to experience of them.

Arrived and service wasn't great but wasn't bad. Got the gut pak, deviled eggs and I personally do not like that they give everyone to go packaging to dine in or to go. I'm sure for the business it's cost effective but just low quality feel. The value wasn't there for me. The food was ok. The tea was good.

10/10 can’t recommend this place enough! The atmosphere, food, and Viteks crew are fantastic. It’s one of our favorite places in Waco to eat at!

Got the 2 meat plate with turkey. For reference, I’m 6’2” and I had plenty leftover for lunch the next day. Even the leftovers were good and still tender and juicy. Will definitely be eating here again. I also like that they offer wheat or white bread, most places just give you soggy wonder bread, but the wheat bread with all the pickles and onions they put on the side made a heck of a leftovers sandwich. Good bang for your buck. Very friendly staff, everyone was smiling and the atmosphere was great, especially for a lunch rush.

We’ve been going to this place for years. My parents (who live out of town) tried it a few months ago and now always stop and grab a pound or two of the turkey and brisket on their way home to take home with them. I prefer the two meat plate with brisket and turkey and potato salad (double, iykyk). By FAR the juiciest, most flavorful and tender turkey I’ve ever had. The teens love the gut packs and the staff is always so nice to customize it for them so my son with a sensory processing disorder can eat it without issues. Only negative is they don’t sell bottles of the bbq sauce. Yes, they always give extra cups upon request, but I want to take that sauce home 😂 100000/10 can not recommend this place enough. Fairly reasonably priced for bbq, especially in the Waco area, and the staff is always so friendly! Super fast service especially given how close they are to Baylor and given the fact that the meat is always fresh and we can watch them cut our order to order!

Terrible service. Came in at about 4:30 pm on a Saturday, not a common dining time but not that much before dinner time. I stood and had multiple workers walk past me without saying a single word. No one helped me for about 15 minutes and I was the only customer in the store. It was extremely awkward. The dry brisket just isn’t worth the bad service. Many better options around town.
