Terrible service. Came in at about 4:30 pm on a Saturday, not a common dining time but not that much before dinner time. I stood and had multiple workers walk past me without saying a single word. No one helped me for about 15 minutes and I was the only customer in the store. It was extremely awkward. The dry brisket just isn’t worth the bad service. Many better options around town.

Yummo! The beef brisket was so tasty, the coleslaw had a great flavor. The star of the show was the Mac and cheese! Wowww that cheese sauce would make anything taste good. Next time I think I just need a gallon or so of that Mac and cheese lol. Employees were super nice, the meals are fairly priced. Will definitely be back every time I go through Waco!

Prices where fair. I bought half pound of brisket and 1 pound of ribs. They gave me way too much food. Im not sure if it's standard or that man is mad at the owner. Anyways I liked it and will be back.

Honestly a little hidden gem, food was great, meant to take a picture but it was gone before I could definitely best mc & cheese in town, only con their pecan cobbler is not a cobbler it's a cold cut pecan pie in caramel sause but it was still good. 10/10 would definitely come again.
She didn't get anything right about our order and they remade it. It was the littlest gut pack in a large box. I could see over half of the bottom of the white container. They use to be good. Too high for the portion
Julie has done a great job of taking care of business since her dad retired. I've known the family 40+ years. Only complaints are, there's no lighting in the parking lot (dangerous unless you're packing), and the lids to the cups don't stay on. They never have. Basically a spill every time a child handles one of them. Everything else is absolutely perfect. I love eating here. Love the Gut Pak.

I heard about this place from the locals and decided to give it a try. First, let me say that this place closes early, so make sure to plan accordingly. I ordered the full "PORK GUT PACK," which comes with brisket, sausage, cheese, jalapeños, fritos, and other toppings to your liking. The food was decent, I would like more flavor as the meats didn't have that smokey bbq flavor I was looking for. Pretty decent portions what you paid for. All in all, I recommend at least giving this place a try if you're looking for some BBQ.
