My family absolutely loves Cha. I like the Milky Way drink and love all things boba. Devin and Jaja have created an incredible place to meet friends, study, or hang out with your kiddo. I love the food, the staff and the atmosphere.
Ordered and paid for my drinks online at 1242. Confirmation showed ready at 1:10. Arrived at 1:22. No drinks ready. Waited additional 10 minutes for the drinks to be made after I arrived with no explanation why they weren’t ready…and they almost forgot to make one of the drinks in my order…tastes ok.

Fresh, flavorful, delicious!!! A must have in Waco! I crave their Taiwanese Noodle Salad, Asian Slaw, Cucumber Salad, Pork Pan Fried Dumplings, Scallion Pancakes. They're awesome to work with if you ever need catering. Thank you Cha, it's a joy to have you in Waco!

The staff was very friendly and the store itself is super cute. However, the drinks weren’t to our liking. Even after reducing the sugar level, they were overwhelmingly sweet with a strong artificial taste, so we couldn’t finish them. The dirty milk tea I ordered had an unexpected floral flavor that felt out of place. I saw other reviews mentioning that the tea leaves are from Taiwan, but I honestly couldn’t taste much tea at all — it was more like watered-down milk with sugar.

The food is amazing! I swear the boxes were like 3 lbs. I loved the Japanese chickpea curry with rice, dumplings, slaw, and cucumber salad. Awesome vegan option. My husband got the pork meal with rice slaw and dumplings and also enjoyed it. It does take a bit to get your food, maybe 15-20 minutes, but so worth it.

My favorite boba place in Waco - I’m in about once a week. The food is delicious, the boba is chewy, and the staff is all so nice. Maritza helped me today and she was so cheery and sweet that it boosted my mood right before I have to go study!

I come here almost every time I'm in Waco. They have a good selection of drinks and food as well. Ordered the strawberry matcha latte with oat milk. There are parking options across the street and the sign out front clearly warns customers to not park next door as they would tow cars. Atmosphere conducive for chatting or working. The barista approached me with a free drink as she made a wrong order and didn't want to toss it.
