Whizzbang's Hamburgers @ Union Hall

0 stars. The cashier was absolutely awful and had terrible customer service. On top of that, our food sat there for over 10 minutes before anyone even bothered to give it to us, so by the time we got it, it wasn’t fresh like it should have been. Very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of service I expected. I will not be coming back.

I ordered the Whiz Pig (half bacon half beef patty) double cheeseburger and lawdy that was one of the best burgers I've ever had.

Pretty solid, juicy, decent fries, quick/friendly service.

The service was great and the burger was good, but the tater tots tasted like they were fried in the same grease as something else. They tasted pretty bad.

spent way to much for a mediocre burger that is Stupidly expensive for no reason, don't like the menu changes, missing items they used to have, etc. oh yeah not to mention that the drive thru was not busy, however the stoner dude who took my order let me know after waiting 15 minutes that they gave my order away to the wrong person and had to start it over...me and my dad went here for years, now I'll never go back.

How hard is it to look at an order and make it correctly? My husband placed a to-go order tonight, only to bring it home and find my burger smothered in jalapeños (which I cannot eat). Additionally the fries were hardened with the congealed cheese. We live less than 5 minutes from Union Hall, so there is not reason for the fries to be in the state. The gal went over the order, which clearly didn't matter because whomever made the burgers wasn't paying attention. We love supporting local but situations like this make it very frustrating to do so. Making burgers is not that hard.

The patties seem frozen to perfect in shape and no taste. The tater tots were so crunchy they were like chips with no tater inside.

Great food inside of union hall. Whizzbangs burger are great fast service cooked up to order plenty of air conditioned seating. Family friendly atmosphere great piped in music
