Ran into this bagel trailer right outside common grounds Baylor. Freshly made bagels and heated up upon ordering with a variety schmears. Super friendly staff and delicious breakfast bagel to go with your coffee. Definitely enjoyed the bagel and will for sure make another visit.
Very hip spot for a bagel and shmear. We had the cinnamon raisin with strawberry spread and poppy seed with jalapeño cheddar. Both were great, and at $3 for a bagel and $2 for the shmear, it’s a great deal. I had to pull off one star for some missteps. With just one simple product, this should be very quick and straightforward. But with about 7 people in front of me, I was there for almost 25 minutes. They just need to work on the process. A favorite for breakfast/brunch! The prices seem on the high side on first impression but for the quality and size of the meal it is right on point. Wide variety of bagels, toppings or sandwich style meals. Love that they keep the truck at Common Grounds and Pinewood to enjoy a cup of coffee with the bagel.
