I've been to this Pizza Hut many times. They are relatively consistent in their service, quality of food, and overall business to their customers. I don't recall them ever being extremely late on getting my order to me. It is almost right on with the estimated time of completion.Yesterday night they accidentally gave me the wrong pizza. However, the pizza tasted great - it just wasn't what I ordered. For what the pizza was made for - the taste was on point, there weren't too many toppings, it was hot, it was great - but it wasnt what I ordered. And as a health guy, it far exceeded the caloric count per slice I was looking for. Lol but it was delicious! Simple mistake.Overall - great place, super consistent, friendly people. But no one is perfect. On any other day, Id give them 5 stars. The same would be true if I received the right pizza. But of course we are more motivated to fill out surveys and reviews when things don't go right. I've at least tried to be honest ab my past experiences with them as well. If you're on the fence about choosing them, I'd go ahead and commit.

Order was wrong and I didn't take it back nor call on it, Everything was correct except my pizza, Order a Chicken Parmesan Garlic Pizza and got Sausage on it, gave to the neighbors, They enjoyed it,I really like the Garlic Bread!!!

Now I know it's been 5+yrs since we've been here. Workers complaining in the back about all the people out front waiting. Their computer systems are jacked up when ordering through their online app. They tell you (over the phone) pickup in 15min, yet you wait an hour after getting there. Doordash and the likes have top priority. Sad

One order every 15 minutes doesn’t seem like a real efficient way to do business. May as well close the doors. I’m an oversize vehicle with a trailer so no lobby, no sale.

I paid for a pepperoni, bacon and extra sauce on the pizza. I got very little pepperoni and no bacon, and no extra sauce. Pizza is very dry since it is a thin crust, which is why I requested extra sauce on the pizza. Sad because Pizza Hut used to be so dependable in quality.
Ordered two steak melts, waited 20 minutes, they only cooked one. Told me they'd cook me another one but I'd hafta wait another 20 minutes. Told them to give me my money back. They acted like I was rude for not wanting to wait for the second one. They were not busy, no one else was waiting, no delivery driver was waiting, just didn't give a damn about serving me.

Aaron and Owen were the absolute best! I called to get some pizzas for my sons Pokémon birthday party and they went above and beyond. Made the pizzas look like Pokémon balls and even drew Pokémon on the inside of the box and wished him a happy birthday! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you again!
