constantly gets my orders wrong its not hard to read a ticket and put what is paid for on the food i would know i've worked for 2 sonics in the past especially when yall are not that busy is crazy get employees who actually care about working

Employees are always helpful if there is a mistake that will fix it right away. And I love Route 44 flavored water. Sometimes you're a little slow but most of the time they get it right out fast.

I get ice from here. But this day I got drinks for me and my daughter. I thought Sonic still did Happy Hour because I was charged full price for sodas!

The girl that brought me my order took approximately 6 minutes after the indicator showed it was on the way. When she arrived she said absolutely not one word. Basically pushed order into my hand, and walked off. I was paying cash, she didn't take my money, tell me my total, just walked away. She looked like she just smoked a joint. (You could blindfold her with dental floss). So I realized I didn't get the ranch I ordered or the straw for my shake, called in to ask for it she forgot the straw and had to go back for it and tossed it into my car and walked away.
Went this morning the manager ms.Kim and Ms. Taylor had excellent customer service. Good job keep it up!
