My goodness… this was by far the worst tasting Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. The appetizer sampler must’ve been covered with cheap cheese and zapped in the microwave bc everything was hard as cardboard. I was able to lift it altogether off the platter with a fork and put into a carry out container for my son who is known for devouring leftovers but left these untouched. Nothing was good. The salsa and chips were mediocre, the queso dip looked like thick gravy and the enchiladas were just plain nasty. Definitely won’t be going back—-

First time here and the service was the best part of the experience. BUT, when it came down to the food, everything was pretty subpar. I had the ‘camarones a la diabla’. The rice for all of the platters was SO dry. Pretty sure it was a day or two old and they just reheat it over and over again so it ends up really dry. Their shrimp was definitely over cooked as well—was very chewy. Their chicken was good a long with their baked potato. Their “ribeye” wasn’t all that great either—pretty sure it was a flank steak. No sear, and contained SO much fat. Seasoned fries were good at least. Their chips were yummy but their salsa was just… salsa (not spicy at all). Overall, not a huge fan of their food, but the server was great. He was very kind and attentive to everyone there.

First time here. Cute little restaurant. Very clean looking. I ordered the tamale plate with rice and beans. Comes with your choice of topping, chilli or two types of queso. I got mine with the chili. It was good. Service was fast and friendly. I would go back.
