I usually order ahead on the app because I pick up for lunch. I've had terrible service with app orders before at this location. Whats the sense of ordering ahead if you arrive and have to wait in line and tell them you are picking up an order and they barely start working on it?
This last trip was a little better. I arrived for my pick up. My order, as well as several other orders, were ready. Associate Juan was very helpful, and I was happy with the customer service

By far the best pop eyes I’ve been to! Second time stopping on our way back home and The food and service was awesome! The ones back home are horrible so we don’t even eat there so I’m glad that some good ones still

I am not sure how to rate this. This was a pickup attempt. There was a big football game in town the night before. The restaurant was under staff and had over 26 orders to fill for call in mobile orders for the day after the game and could not find my customers order in their system. I am assuming the system crashed. They refused to fill the order although I was standing in front of them with the order addressed to their store. Hopefully management will read this and fix this...
