Excellent customer service. Food bins were full and looked fresh. This is the best subway experience I have had in a long time. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Clean atmosphere.
Tanisha that works here has the best customer service. She helped me so much today.
To be honest, this location can be hit or miss, but today they were absolutely rocking it. I placed a mobile order, and they had it ready faster than the estimated time. My sandwich was made perfectly: nothing missing, nothing skimped, nothing overdone.
The young lady who handed me my order was so pleasant, kind, and genuinely smiling. I picked up my order today (3/24) around 12:40, and the crew working at that time deserves a huge pat on the back. Great job today!

This Subway location offers a generally positive experience with friendly and welcoming staff. Customers often find the employees to be kind, attentive, and genuinely smiling, creating a warm atmosphere. During visits, staff members like Luke and Amber are praised for their politeness, attentiveness, and willingness to make sure orders are fulfilled perfectly. The team seems to enjoy their jobs, making the restaurant a pleasant place to have lunch or grab a sandwich for a break. The food is described as hot, fresh, and made just as requested, with particular praise for the cookies being soft and tasty. Mobile orders are prepared quickly, and the sandwiches are made without missing ingredients or overdoing anything. Customers appreciate the welcoming attitude, with some feeling like family when they are greeted and engaged in small talk. However, the restaurant closes the lobby by 7:30 pm, despite being open until 10 pm, which limits seating after that time. Overall, the staff's friendliness and quality of food stand out as key highlights of this Subway location.
