Hours on google and printed on the door said they closed at 10p on Saturday. Arrived at 9:28p. Door was open. They were furiously putting everything away and said they were closed.

Extremely displeased with this location which is a shame because I love Subway and I have a lot of patience. We placed a to go order in the app at 11:34 and did not get our two sandwiches until 12:08 pm. We spent a bit of time in two of the other shops at the plaza and then husband went to see if it was ready. He said there was a lot of people there when he came in. But eventually I joined him because it was taking a questionably long time when we had already been waiting outside of the store as long as we did. I saw why, because while it is obviously expected they help customers who were in there before/around the time of our order, people coming in the doors even after him and then myself coming later were getting helped even though my husband did let them know he was here for the order. I literally could have gotten in line and received my sandwich sooner than they did ours. They didn’t even start making it until 12:00. It is one thing if it was a mobile order and the person isn’t there to pick it up, but seriously? We were there waiting just like everyone else yet somehow continuously skipped. I am almost always patient and understanding of service workers, being one myself, but what in the world was this? And not a word spoken when we finally got the sandwiches. Complete apathy. I hope these two young workers are just having a bad day or something and this is not how they normally do things. I personally will go to a different location in the future because I never want to be treated like that again for no good reason.

I came to Subway to get food for my team, we have a game tonight and there’s no time for them to get food after school. I was told by the manager that the order was a catering order and she needed 24 hours notice to make it. I’ve taken teams to Subway multiple times and have never had an issue. It’s a shame that our team can’t get fed by the Subway in our own town. I told her this was for our high school volleyball team and was told sorry, can’t do it.I then called the closest Subway to us in Cypress and explained what I would need. They told me to come on in and they would fill the order. It’s sad that our local Subway was so unwilling to help out its own community, but another one would. We will never bring our money here again. What a joke.

Sunday schedule shows open at 10 am. It's 10:20 am and it's not open. We tried to go inside, associates saw us and just ignored us. Called the store and she said they will open at 10;30 ish. Not sure what's going on but we won't be back.

It would be comical if it wasn’t so true. My wife and I stopped in yesterday evening to find a girl working behind the counter that seemed to be trying her best. Sadly, anything we wanted to order was out of one or more ingredients. My wife wanted a salad, no spinach, no cheese, no peppers, no anything. All she had was lettuce and three big handfuls of cucumbers and the cucumbers were OLD just like the nasty tomatoes she refused to get. They were out of green peppers for my Philly cheesesteak and I was told it’s really good with habanero sauce. WHAT!?!?!? On a Philly cheesesteak? They were out of cookies for my combo and only had three kinds of chips and those were almost gone. There were only three of the eight fountain drinks working. So incredibly sad. A gentleman walked in while we were eating and he ended up having to yell for someone to come out and wait on him. Just then five other people came in. The three guys hiding in the back came out only to go hide in the bathroom. My wife and I could only sit there in amazement and laugh every time we heard “we’re out of that.” The bread on my sandwich was old and chewy. Kinda like a piece of rubber. My wife’s salad was old and wilted. Needless to say, this is our last visit to this subway. They don’t know what the word fresh means. Oh yeah, not only were they out of almost everything and the service was the absolute worst but the restaurant was sticky dirty and there were flies buzzing around everywhere. I want my one star back because they don’t even deserve that. After reading the other reviews about this place it’s a wonder they’re still open.

I don’t know who runs this place buts it’s DISGUSTING. Went in yesterday there was several dirty gloves on the floor, they’re always out of everything, I found a hair in my sandwich. I should’ve listened to my head when walking in to walk back out.

One of the worst companies around here to work for don’t even have workers comp and pay the bare minimum. management brings in their whole family to push out GREAT workers. Family who punches walls infront of customers and slams things around and catches attitudes with customers. Won’t even come in on the weekend to help out when someone calls out. You’d rather have one worker by theirselves when you’re not supposed to have the store open with just one person in there. The owner would rather be petty and try to fire the only good worker and watch the whole store fall apart than take a moment to watch cameras and see what’s actually going on. Sad to say I don’t see this store being open in a year with the management team and owners now.
