11.16.22This is the closest donut/kolache place to our new house. I walked in and the smell! It was wonderful. It has that fresh baked bread smell. Loving it so far. The gentlemen was very helpful and polite. He took my order and warmed up the kolaches. (A different review said "the guy did not speak English"--well he spoke perfect English to me) Besides kolaches I bought one cake donut and an Apple fritter for me and my hubby to share. Boudan kolache and poboy are amazing here. However, it also depends on who is in that day. The person who we think is the owner and his wife do a great job... however we had stopped going a while back because the person who was cooking it was under cooking it and the bread would be soggy. However, I think they let that person go because we recently started going again and only see the owner and who we believe to be his wife... and have since quality is back to being perfect

croissant sandwiches are pretty good, the kolaches are average and donuts are good. I probably won't be back just because I am so tired of places that set there point of sale systems up for a minimum 15% tip for a place that you walk to the counter and they give you what you order in less than 2 minutes and you walk out. Either charge enough to pay your employees or quit expecting tips as if it were a normal restaurant where you waited on me at my table for an hour.
