Everything about this place is excellent: the food, atmosphere, and the staff! Wish I could give it 6 stars.
We have always loved the food at Jim’s but haven’t been able to go in over a year. We went today and was very disappointed. The brisket was a little dry and didn’t have much taste. I think someone forgot to use any seasoning. The ribs were dry and also no flavor.
Headed home (East) from Trade Days in Canton, and saw a billboard on I-20 for Jim’s, so we stopped. Great decision!! Food was delicious and plentiful. Our server Kelley was delightful. And the peach cobbler - AWESOME!!! We highly recommend Jim’s.
