I had eaten what had look like mold or what had look like bad spoiled food. After i noticed I went up to front register being very polite stating I had a bad issue with my meal which the worker replied back with “what’s wrong with it?” While I was showing her and then she replied with “so what do you want me to do , give it back to the girl who made it?” And then she “fixed” the issue saying we can give you another one. After leaving she goes to the other worker girl who made it and said “there saying your egg was bad.” Which had made it seem like we made it up. Overall was just very rude.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I was warned this McDonald’s spin-off wasn’t good. They have a drive-thru, digital pick-up, and a kiosk to order inside with a few seats. I ordered a churro cold brew frappe, mixed bag mcpops, and a twisted cone. Out of everything I only enjoyed the twisted cone which is the same as McDonald’s with chocolate added. Thank goodness customer service was good and the place was clean. It doesn’t make up for the unsatisfying beverages and food. Note: I’m sure the breakfast sandwiches are good. I didn’t order one because I can just go to McDonald’s. What’s the point of a spin-off with additional menu items that aren’t good?

Super boring interior, no decorations. Matcha was terrible. The coffee was mid. Ordered on app. Drinks were not put out on pickup shelves, so after waiting a long time, we asked if they had forgotten us, and the drinks had been sitting in the back the whole time. This is definitely a money grab by McDonald's. It seems as if they are not fully committed to being an actual good coffee shop.

The absolute worst customer service. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for someone to welcome me & take my order. No response. Finally went inside and not one person working acknowledged me. The food is mid but the employees really need some training/supervision. There are way too many people looking for jobs to feel you HAVE to employ lazy & rude individuals.
