Maybe i expect too much. After only about a 4 minute wait we were seated. Expecting to order a chicken fried steak. No wait staff ever stopped by to even take our drink order. After 15 minutes of sitting and no one stopping to take an order we left. Lots of empty tables, but they were dirty. Maybe they are understaffed??? 😩
I ordered the new ranch hand meal and it was supposed to be an angus patty topped with brown gravy sautéed onions, cheese and green onions. I got a hamburger patty with some not sautéed onions and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. We had it delivered so there was no opportunity to send back. I also ordered an extra side of potato soup that didn’t come with the meal. We just recently moved here and know not to return.
Waited for an hour, never got our food and had to leave.
