Total disappointment! Old food and I asked for extra lettuce on my tacos and they did not add and the taco was cold and old. My egg roll was not hot and just above cold. I will not come back here and suggest you don’t either. So bad I had to take the time and write this.

we went a month ago with a mobile order through drive through pick up, we were told not to do that because it's a inconvenience (it wasn't busy at all). and today we went to pick up food & the girl there was very rude. she completely dismissed us and shoved the food at us and shut the window. jack in the box needs better service!

I have issues with my orders at this location almost every time. Both of my tacos were half assed, my husband's burrito was just as bad. The employees aren't usually friendly which is understandable, but still not a great experience.

Why are large fries never filled to the the top? If you're a franchise owner stop being cheap. The employees need to get paid a fair wage but you (franchises need to quit being greedy) . These are kids trying to make a living and they are told to cut products in half tacos were 50cents each. 1.50 now?? Yo. A boycott is coming

My mistake for trying one more time, it wasn't even busy! I didn't get a receipt first of all, they did not give me the burger I ordered, they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich and I had to give it to my husband. I have reached out to your online customer support several times recently and no one ever gets back to you and no issues are ever resolved. 100% going to stop coming to this location it's a waste of time and money.

When did yall start serving a small drink and fries with a meal?? I have never in my life received a small drink and small fries with my Jack Ultimate meal, why now? Seriously so many issues with this location, and now I'm getting shorted?? Cold burger, cold and old fries, short on sizes... I'm about to drive across town for my burgers, this is becoming the worst location in the area. I will definitely be talking to corporate.

I have been going to this Jack in the box for over two years. I have a son that is very picky eater. We ordered the same food Monday through Friday. He only likes Jack-in-the-Box sausage patties every morning. We ordered the same thing two sausage patties before school at the same location. I’ve had a bad experience from time to time since they got a new worker in the kitchen. She have been sending out burnt sausage. The quality of the sausage has charged, she is over cooking the sausage until it’s burnt on one side. I have complained to the manager several times yesterday I complained to the manager showed her the sausage and she saw that the sausage was burnt and it seems she was upset with me. She asked me what do I expect? I said I want quality food. I went back this morning to order my same sausage. I was told. We are out of sausage. We’re not serving sausage today. I feel like this was a slap in the face because I complained yesterday. Last week was the same thing. My sausage was burnt two weeks before that my sausages were burnt. I feel like you should check the food quality before you serve it to a customer that’s comes there 5 days a week for almost three years. I am very disappointed and look forward to speaking to the store manager or the GM. I have pictures and still treated like crap!

Im a doordasher they informed me that my customers order was put at the back as other orders come in because its less of a priority. I get paid per delivery. When I explained that they couldn't have cared less. Over 30 minutes for fast food.

Called up to get managers name after the most disrespectful customer service ever . They left their phone off the hook so they wouldn’t receive more calls. The worst I mean the worst service after ordering two meals and being handed one condiment and told anything other than just once ranch for two meals would cost money. No other condiments given. Called corporate to report store number but couldn’t get anything else due to leaving phone off hook.
