i’m really disappointed with my experience at Jack in the Box. I ordered through the drive-thru, and they managed to get my order wrong twice. I didn’t even notice until I got home, and when I went back to have it corrected, the staff was less than pleasant. They seemed bothered by my request to fix the mistake. It’s frustrating when you’re paying for a service and they can’t get it right, especially when the customer service is lacking. I really hope they improve their attention to detail. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

Disgusting selling cold and old food the. On top of that condiments expired !!!! Ranch way yellow and liquid and smelled like rotten eggs !

The employees are unfriendly, you lend them something and they respond with an unfriendly attitude and then they take a long time and what I don't like is that they use gloves to grab the money and that's how they package the food.

I went and got the ultimate burrito with no bacon and added ham. They charged an extra dollar for the ham. 1, extremely thin slice, seriously? Halfway way thru the burrito sausage was gone, I think I only got a half a sausage. The edges of the tortilla were hard. It's not worth $7. (Cost was like 6.75) definitely not going back. I didn't receive any hot sauce either. This place may be really cutting corners on saving money.

I genuinely wish I could give this location a 0 Star rating. They will over charge you for items when they're supposed to be on special. They guy working the drive-thru will play stupid when your price jumps $4 between ordering and pulling up to the window. Then they have the audacity to take 15 minutes on top of ripping you off. Just avoid this location all together.

Went through the drive thru and they were out of everything we wanted. No curly fries, no tacos, no mini Birria tacos. Ended up not ordering anything.

I have been coming here for years and recently everything has gone downhill. Constant attitude from a new group of employees or you get completely ignored. On several occasions while dining in I've noticed myself and multiple other people of different races getting ignored. Anyone that comes in that's Hispanic like the workers doesn't get ignored and gets amazing service. Today I ordered a supreme croissant and they gave me a sausage croissant instead. After I asked to have it remade I was given a supreme croissant a few minutes later that was absolutely disgusting. The cheese was freezing cold as if they just took it out of the fridge and plopped it on my sandwich. They reused the same croissant and egg that the sausage was already touching. I don't like sausage so why would I want to taste it on my egg and bread? You could also tell they tried peeling off the old cheese from the croissant and ripped the bread. Instead of just making a new one entirely. I'm so sick and tired of this jack in the box. I've tried to be so nice to these people for weeks while dining in and all I get is attitude or being ignored. After today I won't be back there. Especially the fact it seemed I pissed the lady off for mentioning I got cold food. As if that's my fault. I'm not gonna pay $5 for an old, cold sandwich. I'm not racist in any way shape or form but clearly this group of employees are towards people that aren't of their race. It's very obvious if you just go in and watch for a bit. I have on several occasions while dining in and it's so sad to see what this world has come to.

Got 2 things and they got it wrong. I don’t usually call and complain but It’s 1 am. When I do the woman working was sarcastic and rude. It’s disappointing when people don’t care.

Came at Midnight, the drive thru worker was so friendly. The order was hot and correct. God bless this Jack on the Box, God bless America. These unsung heroes of fun late nights.

I went through the drive-through and tried to order a teriyaki bowl and they said they had no rice and so then I asked them about a chicken fajita pita and they said they took it off the menu. I had no way to back up out of the drive-through so now I am having to sit and wait till they take care of the customers before me. This was the most terrible experience I have ever had at Jack-in-the-Box.

Instead of having hashbrowns ready in the morning refused to make my order and lied telling me what I wanted was online only even though I ordered the chicken tater melt 2 day prior at the drive-through
how does that make sense?
update Came back at 2am to order the exact same thing with no problem!!!
