Called up to get managers name after the most disrespectful customer service ever . They left their phone off the hook so they wouldn’t receive more calls. The worst I mean the worst service after ordering two meals and being handed one condiment and told anything other than just once ranch for two meals would cost money. No other condiments given. Called corporate to report store number but couldn’t get anything else due to leaving phone off hook.

Food is good, order online and food is always accurate. Doing in store pick up takes away some of the customer service angle but usually don't have a problem.
Past couple pickups the front staff don't really say much after I say my pickup order name. Other than that no issues

So last night 2 am, I went through the drive through and ordered my wife a tea boba. Got it and she drank a little and noticed boba balls were hard, meaning not prepared properly or old. I asked for a remake and got it and the same problem so the lady last night told me to come up today and gave me a paper clearing me for a refund or remake... Hoping the shift change would get workers to redo their food line but no. Went up there half an hour ago and the boba balls were still hard as a rock!!! I asked for at least a replacement drink and they wanted me to pay the difference... I told them they need to work on their customer service your gonna make me pay a difference when you messed up my drink 3 times and refused to give me a refund... I stated to this woman that could be a lawsuit if my girl got sick I would sue so waiting to see if my wife gets sick but I had to get mad at her, to get my refund, and she had the worst attitude about it, looked scared when I said lawsuit so taking them for some penny pinchers. worst customer service ever it's unbelievable I work as a sales associate which is strict customer service. Do better. If she gets sick yeah I'm coming for y'all tired of the food industry not caring, jack in the box, taco casa, McDonald's pretty much all food chains on ruff snow recently just dropped majorly. Don't go here unless you want rude workers who don't care. Rubbery, wrinkled, hard center boba balls smh, 3 times youd think to check your stuff or remake a batch smile and do your job like I asked you to at least remake a batch but no they js kept serving them hard balls 😂

This Jack in the box is underdue management. The place looks a lot clean near the staff is a lot nicer. Everything moves a lot faster. My food was hot. I have a sourdough, Jack. I know I had curly fries and I had a strawberry Phantom now. Usually, their strawberry fanches are aren't as fizy, as they should be, you know, the carbonation isn't where it is isn't where it should be, but But lately it's been better. Just the facilities had an overall pick up. Uh since the new management change and the swamp out of service members. I'm glad you guys are bringing this place up

Best location I’ve come across in YEARS. From the customer service to the food. We went in to order so that we could ask to drop everything fresh. We ordered off the kiosk which made it easier for our large order and when asked if they could drop our food fresh they kindly said yes and that’s exactly what we got!

I heard that Jack in the Box was closing several locations. I wanted to see what changes have been made if my favorite location on Rufe Snow was still open. First, the comparison from my previous visit- I was greeted, order was perfect and efficient and delicious. I didn’t have to pull up or wait and I was offered my receipt. I hope mine stays open!

Made a iced coffee that was over bearingly sweet and couldnt drink it and they refused to make it again and help us, and the food was awful and cold. Most unhelpful people ever.
