I want to shout out to 3 gentlemen who were working at the store on Friday night January 02 2026. You guys are awesome with your warm smiles. The pizza was so tasty and yummy. I actually placed the order at the wrong location therefore I came to pick it up late 20 minutes but you guys were keeping it still hot! ♥️ THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU GUYS ROCK! 👍👍👍

I want thank the staff and the Gm for the excellent service we received from the beginning to the end . The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a family night and you came through with the perfect delivery, nothing was missing all food was cooked perfectly. Thank you 🙏🏻

Came in to order 1 carryout pizza for my son. 2 doordash customers ahead of me, waited patiently. When I was next, the worker an older lady with glasses looked at me and kept walking in the back. I still waited a few minutes she came out with a pizza asking if I was picking up an order I said no, I want to place an order she looked and turned back in the kitchen didn't come back out so I left. Just rude dirty environment. I wouldn't trust them with my food.

The normal pizza is fine but don't order a Margherita pizza. It's not fresh and it's just full of lies

My problem did not take place in this store but it was taken care of. I eat Pizza Hut often but today I got the worst possible experience until I came to this one. Not gone lie I came in very upset but the employee at the register ( I wish I would have got his name) tried to help me and couldn’t so he got his manager’s Daniel attention. Even though my problem was so small I appreciate the efforts here. I will be back.

Arrived at the location in Watauga after ordering online through the app and to be told they didn’t see any order come through but I was charged and showed them the order number and receipt and my bank account. The manager was very rude and to top it off that same manager was vaping where they make the pizza.

Thin crust 3 toppin extra pepperoni with beef WELL DONE 3.8/5 cheese sticks 3.6/5 if you order that exact meal you'll have a 5 star experience jus like me, I can't recommend allat other stuff bc thin crust is were it's at when you're talking about a pizza.
A 3rd party DoorDash delivered the food. I normally don’t write reviews but this is ridiculous .pizza flipped inside the box

The new app is not user friendly at all. I have had issues on the last two pizzas ordered. I always order online. Never a problem love my local pizza hut. Not sure if most recent was the app or local store. When ordering yesterday, it showed the correct pizza hut location. When went to pick up they did not have it. Last time it had sent to the denton hwy location. Called pizza hut, after waiting on hold, got contract people. They could bit tell me where my pizza was. They transferred me to denton hwy store. they did not have my pizza. App would only say that it was ordered for 6pm, but would not tell me where. Denton hwy store could also see that I ordered a pizza (by my phone number) but could not see what store. They ended up making me a new pizza. And apologized for the issue. I then went to email and found that the pizza was in fact ordered at the keller store. I called again. After waiting on hold again, Got contract people. Transferred to keller store. They now had my pizza. Finally got pizza an hour later. And after going to keller, denton hwy, then back to keller. Not sure I will order from pizza hut again. I blame the app and changes made to your new processes.

We love the stuffed crust & Italian sausage or pepperoni pizzas. The foods are all fabulous!! We've been customers of Pizza Hut for nearly 50 years. Service is excellent & friendly. We normally prefer 'delivery' but do sometimes pick-up our order.
Vegetarian options: You can order with or without red sauce. The vegetables are plentiful. Your choice of... Mushrooms, Onions, Olives, Pineapple and other options.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped ♿️ accessible ramp next to HC parking. Restrooms are WC friendly as well.
