Customer service is inept. Received a raincheck for 4 free Cinnabon rolls because they where out of soup on my prior visit. I presented the coupon which clearly stated raincheck 4 free rolls expired 12/31/24 on 12/27 and I first got that's just let you know we sell those. Then I spoke with the manager we no longer take those it has expired. Then I ask for general manger number. I'm given a number on a piece of cash register paper with the name Tre was told he is owner. I called the number just to be told it has a restricted block on it and call could not be completed. The food I ordered was good but the interaction with the employees was not. They were polite and courteous but need more training on company policy and procedures.

Me and my wife have never tried this place being that the parking lot is always empty, never the less we ordered turkey sandwiches and mini cinnamon rolls. The sandwiches were good but the cinnamon rolls were beyond hard. It was extremely difficult getting a refund after my wife was told by management that they don’t issue refunds. After conversing back in forth we were able to get a refund. Idk maybe people will have better experiences.

Their door states they are open until 9pm. Their "open" light is still on. Google says they are open until 8:30 which is weird but ok. Pull up at 8:05. Door is locked, so pull up to drive-thru and you get a recorded message saying they are closed. What kind of trash operation is this? UPDATE YOUR SIGN ON DOOR!!!! TURN YOUR OPEN SIGN OFF!!!

Went on a Friday night to grab a pizza and a sandwich. Ordered a supreme and got home with a pepperoni, went to call the number on receipt no longer their number, sent an email to store online and never heard back. Really unfortunate my family and I liked their food.

I ordered a small original on sourdough, hold the olives. I did not get a sandwich with ham and salami. I got o ly a hot ham sandwich. Not quite the same thing or same taste. The staff just told the manager they had given me a sandwich. I want my money back. Not another ham sandwich.

I get to window and the lady reads my order back to me and was ready to take my payment. Conversation is as follows: Me: it should be a corn beef on rye Employee: corn beef? Me: I show her the sandwich from there menu Employee: we don’t have corn beef Me: I guess just beef on rye Employee: we don’t have beef Me: then a pastrami on rye Employee: we don’t have rye At this point I’m thinking, you originally took an order of what you thought was beef and read it back to me without saying, we don’t have… so I said, a beef on regular bread. She said okay and took my payment. I’m now thinking, I thought you didn’t have beef. 🤦🏻♀️ with all my pick 2’s I got broccoli cheese soup. I get home and everyone opens to eat their soup and it’s cold and clumpy. No crackers, no spoons, no napkins. Schlotzskys is not cheap and we all only got to eat a half a sandwich for dinner and the sandwich’s were NOT made with care. I hate writing negative reviews, but when you spend a lot of money for food, get all the way home and receive a horrible meal it’s disappointing.

I love this place but as of recently it's a hit or miss. I'm going to assume it's due to some employees caring and others just not caring about their job. But I went the other night to order on Friday night and by your online hours it says the drive thru is open til 9:30pm. I've gone before after 9pm and been helped. This night in particular, I pulled up and it was 8:50pm. I was greeted at the drive thru ordering system and was told, "Hi welcome to schlotskys. How may I help you?" As I start to speak I get interrupted by the same lady then saying, "OH! By the way we're closed now." My bf and I stared at our phone with the hours pulled up and questioned her as to why we can't order if they are technically open and her excuse was that all the food had already been put away for the evening and everything was already cleaned up for the day. In which case if that's true, why are y'all still open for 40 more minutes? I understand the lobby was closed but if you go off what your website says online, you take orders til 9:30pm. I just would like management to reach out and explain why at 8:50pm all the food was already put away and why I was refused service even though I saw at least 2 people inside just standing at the counter screwing off. I understand wanting to get out of your job at a decent time but when you stop selling food 40 minutes before you close that's extremely inconvenient for your customers. This is the only location near me and I've come multiple times at night without a problem. Not sure if it was just a couple of specific employees that just wanted to get out of work sooner or what but I really didn't appreciate my experience at this location and I can't get a hold of anyone at this location with the number that is posted online. Can someone in management please reach out to me on this? My schedule only allows me to go at night and I don't appreciate showing up during your posted business hours and being denied service.

Dietary restrictions: I ordered the turkey sandwich with added ham, lettuce, mustard and I live about 15 minutes away, once I got home & examined my sandwich there wasn’t any ham & I spent a little over $8 for it and I was very disappointed because the phone number I called is no longer in service and said the number is un-known. This the one off Rufu Snow across from Jack N Box. I say awful service ?
