We love Schlotzsky's! It's one of our go to places when we're craving a sandwich. The food is always good. However, the service can be very hit or miss at this location. The wait is always longer than your average drive through, which is understood. They're assembling and warming deliciousness in there. The issue can be the wait time to even place your order or your wait time at the window after placing the order or on a couple of occasions finding that they've closed before closing time. Sometimes you get very attentive and friendly people and sometimes you get people who make it obvious that they don't want to be there. It varies from visit to visit. We continue to go because the quality always meets expectations and sometimes you just crave it!Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten free bun and seem to take care with my order preparation. My sandwich is often even packed separately from the others.

Food is typically good so I preemptively gave it higher marks but I mainly wanted to talk about my pick up order was supposed to be ready by 1912 and it wasn't ready until 1943 or 31 minutes late. No call to let me know on holding off to pick it up.Also for icing on the cake, they charge a "digital fee" for ordering online. Order over the phone I guess? Or just be prepared to wait forever at the store. Your choice.

It took three orders for them not to put the soups in the bag upside down and completely dumped out. When I tried to call and talk to the manager, there is no one answering the phone for hours. I am not happy in any shape or form

Horrible....Horrible....Horrible! My mother and I went for lunch today and were served the most disgusting potato soup. The soup was cold, had a sour smell and the potatoes were a weird consistency. After one bite we took it to the front to ask for a refund. The lady at the front was rude and refused. "They Don't give refunds". If we had ate the soup I would completely understand. It's bad enough that we got charged over ten dollars for two tiny soups, but it wasn't edible. If we had gone anywhere else we would have been given a refund. This location must be hurting financially to not give a refund for unsatisfactory food.To the owner: I have worked in customer service most my life. I know that bad customer service can lose you customers. Maybe some training is in order. Also, cutting corners and not making your food fresh will lose you customers which in turn loses you money. Horrible managment...wait..NO Manager there...NO receipt paper, scanner NEVER wks for App rewards or points earned benefits. Pizza crust seems different every time...NOT like other locations!

Online this location is advertised to be open until 9:30 pm. Arrived before 9 pm and the drive thru box announced they were closed. Pulled around to the front door to double check the times posted. The 30 has been scrat he'd off the door and it only says 9. Again, I arrived prior to 9:00 and No, ot wasn't 8:59...it was 8:50.Completely disappointed that this hasn't been made known. Not even a note on the drive thru board or window.
