I went there today and I placed an order I asked that my card is not be tapped. She did anyway despite me asking her and her agreeing not to do this. I canceled my order immediately and they refused to provide me a voided transaction or a refund. The police had to come out and they refuse to show the police a voided transaction. I asked for 20 mins. Finally the owner gave in and handed me cash. Dishonest. This was not my first time going there. Doughnuts in the past were ok nothing more.

I've brought donuts to work to share with my coworkers from different donut shops. Everyone commented that these donuts are good. When I brought donuts from Sunshine Donuts I got a different reaction from coworkers. This is what I heard from them. These donuts are awesome! Wow this tastes good! These donuts are really good! Then came, what's the name of this place. Where are they located. And could I get some more? Five coworkers and myself give two thumbs up and highly recommend Sunshine Donuts on Rufe Snow in Albertsons shopping center.

This is a fantastic donut shop in Watauga. Being over 25 years old, the place is clean and well maintained
The donuts are also made daily so they are very soft when you get there early

Been customer of this shop for years. Great service from the couple that runs this donut shop, always so friendly, even on the early mornings.Donuts are always fresh, as are the breakfast sandwiches. Decently priced amongst other shops, and a great hole on the wall place to try.

Also if you’re a fan of jalapeño; Sunshine donuts has more variety than any other donut shop I’ve seen, jumbo bacon jalapeño roll, jumbo jalapeño roll, classic jalapeño pig in the blanket, these amazing sausage, eggs, bacon and jalapeño biscuit things. Just wow.
The place looks a little run down but the food is outstanding, I highly recommend!

I’ve seen bathrooms that are cleaner than this place. On top of that, the owner/operator had the audacity to be rude about me trying to use my debit card for the purchase of one donut. I later found out he was lying when he told me “cash only”.
